Rumors are swirling that Vail Resorts and your pals, the High Falutin Ski Bums (Brian and Mario), are in serious negotiations for the premier mountain resort company to acquire the premier ski and snowboard lifestyle podcast.
“We love what Brian and Mario have done with their brand,” said Francine Lebeau, Chief Podcast Officer (CPO) of Vail Resorts. “The way they’ve curated snow sports with luxury, alcoholism and cannabis, literally moving the needle of digital disruption in the ski and snowboard industry is incredible. We believe their role as nano-influencers can be leveraged and synergized in a premier, luxury manner that only Vail can provide.”
Reports surfaced that Brian and Mario were caught speaking to Lebeau and other higher-ups from Vail Resorts Podcast and Dopeness Division at !Ink Coffee near Vail’s Headquarters in Broomfield, CO this past Sunday morning. Additional reports also include the same ilk partaking in drinking and revelry at nearby Casa Bonita in Lakewood, CO.
While still rumors, the numbers thrown around appear to be “…deep in the 7-figures.” We’ll continue to update as this report unfolds.
